Through the Heart of Southern New England campaign, we celebrate our collective success in driving change, funding science and improving health outcomes for everyone, everywhere. This year-round movement engages companies, community leaders and individuals to make a lasting impact across the Four Chambers of our work: discovery, advocacy, access and knowledge.

Momentum builds throughout the year, as we offer meaningful opportunities to make an impact in our community. The culmination of these efforts is the Heart of Southern New England Heart Ball – a powerful evening that celebrates our breakthroughs, highlights our mission and fuels the next bold steps forward.

For over a century, the American Heart Association has made significant progress to save lives and pioneer scientific discoveries. We haven’t done it alone. We reach our goals working with organizations and individuals who share our vision for better health. The Heart of Southern New England campaign unites supporters with a shared purpose to raise the critical funds we need to ensure our work continues.
